Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking parking services with Praetor Parking LLC (“Company”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

The Company provides short-term and long-term vehicle parking services, including valet-style parking where applicable. A confirmed reservation guarantees service within the booked timeframe but does not guarantee a specific parking space.

3. Payment Terms

• All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
• Prices include applicable New York State and New York City taxes unless otherwise noted.
• Any applicable surcharges are either included in the listed price or disclosed at checkout.
• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation.

4. Cancellation & Modification Policy

• Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the reservation start time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the start time are non-refundable.
• Reservations may be modified one time up to 12 hours before the start time, subject to availability.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• Refunds, if applicable, are issued to the original payment method.

5. Check-In and Check-Out

• Customers must arrive and depart within their reserved time window.
• Early arrival or late departure may result in additional charges.
• Vehicles not picked up on time may continue to incur daily parking charges.

6. Oversized Vehicles

Oversized vehicles (including but not limited to large SUVs, trucks, and vans) may be accepted at the Company’s discretion and are subject to additional fees. Vehicle size classification is determined solely by the Company.

7. Key Handling and Valet Authorization

By using our services, you agree to leave your vehicle keys with the Company when required. You authorize the Company and its employees to enter, operate, move, and reposition your vehicle as needed.

8. Vehicle Condition and Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must remove all valuables prior to drop-off.
• Vehicles must be in safe, operable condition.
• The Company is not responsible for personal property left in the vehicle.
• Customers are encouraged to document pre-existing damage prior to drop-off.

9. Damage, Loss, and Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted under New York law:

• Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.
• The Company is not responsible for loss or damage caused by fire, theft, vandalism, weather, or third parties.
• The Company is not responsible for mechanical or electrical failures, or normal wear and tear.
• Liability is limited to direct damages caused by proven negligence and shall not exceed vehicle value or insurance limits.
• The Company is not liable for loss of use, missed flights, delays, or consequential damages.

10. Claims Process

• Claims must be reported before leaving the premises or immediately upon vehicle return.
• Claims must include photo evidence and supporting documentation.
• Failure to report promptly may result in denial of the claim.

11. Prohibited Use

• No hazardous materials, illegal substances, or dangerous items may be stored in vehicles.
• Vehicles involved in illegal activity may be reported to law enforcement.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service.

13. Modifications to Terms

The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
